What would your home really sell for this month?
Online estimates guess from averages. I read your street: the last sales around you, what's pending, what buyers are paying for, and what your home needs (or doesn't) before it lists. You get a private, written valuation within 24 hours.
The Wake County Letter
The market, town by town
Once a month: what sold, what's sitting, and what it means for your home. Plain numbers, no fluff.
Wake County, September 2026. Source: Doorify MLS (InfoSparks). Deemed reliable, not guaranteed.
Same region. Different markets.
In September, Cary had just 2.5 months of homes for sale and prices rose 2.5%. Wake Forest had 4.2 months and prices slipped almost 10%, with the same rates and the same buyers. Pricing a home off "the market" is how sellers lose the first month. The letter shows you your town's numbers, plus where mortgage rates are heading.

About David
I look at a house the way a builder does.
Most agents price a home. With a background in Australian property development, I also see what it could be: which fixes buyers pay for, which ones they ignore, and where a few thousand dollars before listing turns into tens of thousands at the closing table.
